Due to the high-value, rare, and unique nature of our inventory, as well as our strict quality control standards, we have implemented a firm return policy to protect the integrity of our items and the security of our buyers.

1. Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped.

Because our team processes and authenticates orders quickly (typically within 48 hours), if you need to cancel, please email us at contact@darkblue-porcupine-545012.hostingersite.com immediately with your Order Number. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email and the package has been handed over to our logistics partners (DHL/UPS), the order can no longer be cancelled.

2. General Policy (After Shipping): All Sales Are Final

To ensure that every customer receives their luxury item in the exact condition it was photographed and authenticated, once an order is shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after receiving the item.
  • The item not fitting your size or personal style.
  • Slight color variations due to monitor display differences.
  • Minor signs of wear that were already disclosed in the “Condition” description (e.g., Very Good, Good Condition) prior to purchase.

3. The Authenticity Guarantee Exception (14-Day Claim Window)

We stand behind our rigorous Double-Authentication process (AI Authentication + Internal Expert Verification). The only exception to our “All Sales Final” policy after shipping is if an item is proven to be inauthentic.

  • Full Refund: If a recognized, independent luxury authentication service proves that the item you received from us is not authentic, we will issue a 100% full refund.
  • Shipping Covered by Us: In the highly unlikely event of an authenticity issue, Limone Lux will bear all return shipping costs.
  • Claim Window: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate an authenticity claim. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent, with all security tags intact.

4. Consignment Items

For items sold through our consignment program: Once a consigned item has passed our physical quality control (QC) and expert authentication process, the transaction is considered final. We do not accept returns or return the item to the consignor once the QC is passed and the sale is processed.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility & Unauthorized Returns

Limone Lux strictly enforces shipping responsibilities to prevent fraud and unauthorized shipments:

  • Customer Responsibility: If a customer forces an unauthorized return (e.g., refusing delivery, or sending an item back without our explicit written email approval), the customer is 100% responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and a potential restocking fee.
  • No “Freight Collect” (COD) Accepted: We strictly DO NOT accept any “Cash on Delivery” (COD) or freight collect packages. Any unauthorized package sent to our facility requiring payment upon delivery will be immediately rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense.

Q1: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

A: Yes, but only before the item has shipped. Please contact us via email immediately to cancel your order for a full refund. Once the tracking number is generated and the package is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q2: Can I return a bag if I just don’t like how it looks on me?

A: No. Once shipped, all sales are final for personal reasons. Because pre-owned luxury items are highly delicate, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. We provide detailed photos, dimensions, and condition grades to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Q3: What happens if I doubt the authenticity of my purchase?

A: We guarantee 100% authenticity on every item, backed by AI and expert checks. If you have concerns, you have 14 days after delivery to contact us. If a reputable third-party authenticator proves the item is not genuine, we will accept the return and cover all shipping costs.

Q4: Can I send my return using “Cash on Delivery” (freight collect)?

A: Absolutely not. Our warehouse will reject any Cash on Delivery (COD) or freight collect packages. Any approved returns (such as for authenticity reasons) must be shipped using a prepaid label provided or authorized by our customer service team.

Q5: What if the condition of the item is different from what was described?

A: We adhere to strict grading standards. “Very Good” implies minor wear, while “Good Condition” may involve visible wear or professional spa treatments (like color touch-ups). If you believe there is a severe discrepancy beyond the described condition, please email us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
